Taiwan K-LITE provides series of service which include reflex electroform, mould making and OEM production. We own complete technique of Pin Processing, Reflector Design, Jig & Fixture Making , Electroforming, Wire-EDM and Back-Plate Production. Therefore K-Lite is able to provide a compete Reflex Insert or Complete Reflector Mold for our customers.

PIN Processing & Polishing Technique

K-Lite owns the technique of whole processing form PIN Processing and Polishing to electroforming. With those well polished fine PINs as master material to accomplish the high performance reflective Reflex Electroform.

K-Lite offers a wide variety of pin shapes, sizes and grades to satisfy customers with modern design and styling. The roughness of polished PIN's surface can be under 0.1um.


Mold Insert & Complete Mold Design

Our design team is able to build the corresponding electroforming 3D model or Complete mold data according to the 3D CAD or 2D Drawing of product. K-Lite provide the serive to make mold insert and complete mold.


Feasibility Study

K-Lite can help customer to execute feasibility assessment on checking appropriateness of light emitting direction, efficiency of effective reflection area whether meet with the transportation regulations.

Once K-Lite verified the feasibility of the design, we will ensure the moled reflector with K-Lite's electroform meet with the standards, like ECE, SAE, CCC, JIS, VSCC or etc.

Manufacturing Process of Reflex Electroform

 
Nickel will be electro-deposited on the PIN assembly plate according to PIN's accurate geometry. The electroplating process requires 3-5 weeks to obtain a 10 mm-12 mm thickness of Nickel.
